If selling the property doesn't seem important to you, it will show, and response will be poor if at all.

Use the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser  Your browser must have Cookies enabled for the software to work with your UserName/Password.  To check or change your cookies security setting, do the following:  From the Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbar at top of page, click on "Tools"  Click on "Internet Options"  Click on "Security" tab  Click on "Internet" content zone  Click on "Custom level"  Locate Cookies and select "Enable"  Click in O.K. box  Prompts with message "Are you sure you want to change the security settings for zone"  Click in YES box

Search Listings  Q. I can't find any listings when I search, and the results read "No results were found".  Enter information only in the field(s) you want an EXACT match of ALL selected fields.  ALL search criteria must MATCH EXACTLY, otherwise "No results were found". Try limiting search criteria for an EXACT match.

Add a New Listing  On the "Members Administration Page", enter information, Click [Add]

Modify a Listing:  On the "Members Administration Page", Click [Search/modify] THIS FINDS YOUR LISTINGS ONLY  This takes you to the "Administration Search Page", Click-on the record you want to modify.  This takes you to the "Maintenance Page", make any changes, Click [Modify]

Input a New Picture or Change an Existing Picture:  At the picture field, click-on [Browse] button, select the image you want, then click [Open] button.  Click [Modify] button it will make all record changes including the new or modified picture.  You do not have to delete an existing picture if you are replacing it with a different picture.  Only property pictures, lot drawings, architectural renderings .JPG and .GIF images only. Maximum file size is 30KB or will not upload. Note: Pictures do not to be saved larger than 10KB and 200 pixels Height to get best picture quality. You can resize your pictures to 200 pixels Height, this is the maximum dimensions that will print on the data sheet, so larger pictures will only increase the file upload size, and increase upload time without any benefit. Maximum picture file size is 30KB or will not upload.

Realtor® MLS services members can input their own board code, used to search only your boards listings. Companies can input their own company code, used to search only your companies listings. Anyone doing a search without the code will still be able to view your listings and call for information. Realtor® associations establish their own MLS policies for use by their members.
